Everyone check out the show this Saturday at 7:00 at First United Methodist Church. Surefire booked a new show today. It's in La Grange Park with some other bands on May 10th. I got an e-mail from Craig at They Still Make Records, a small Chicago label, a couple days ago. He seems like a really cool guy. He said he's always looking for new bands and would love to listen to the demo. I'm sending him a copy on Monday.

Mike tells me the band sent demos to a ton of different record lables a few days ago. I submitted the site to about 15 search engines today, so within the next month or so, Surefire should be searchable on most of the major search engines. I also edited to lyrics to Cops. Mike sent me the new lyrics, apparently the ones I had on the site were a little off. Check them out.

Mike sent me the lyrics to Lost Cause last night so I added them to the lyrics page. Yesterday was a big day for the site. 55 hits from different people. That's pretty good. Keep them coming.....

Wow, the show last night at Congress Theatre was awesome. The venue was great and the crowd was really into it. There was lots of circle pits and even a little stage diving. The band handed out over 100 demos in no time. It was a great show. Thanks to everyone that came out.
